Ange Baguette

Our baguette is, above all, quality ingredients and genuine baking know-how. Water, 100% natural sourdough and AR-certified flour made from Quebec wheat. And that’s it! Well, that and plenty of love from our bakers, who knead, shape and bake your baguettes before your eyes all day long. And because we don’t do things by halves at Ange, we offer three bakes: pale, golden or well done. The choice is yours!

Pavé Ange

The Pavé Ange is our signature loaf. A very refined flour, AR-certified malt and rye, a blend of toasted seeds and a 16 to 18 hour process that gives it a brown, airy crumb. Our bakers’ craft does the rest. A bread rich in aroma, crusty, with an airy and deeply flavourful crumb.

Gros Charlevoix

For lovers of very, very good bread. The Charlevoix is our heritage loaf, made with wholemeal flour from organic wheat and 100% natural sourdough. Carefully shaped by our bakers, it will win over every palate.

Whole wheat bread

A flavourful bread, rich in fibre, minerals and vitamin B. Our whole wheat loaf is a pan bread made with Ecocert-certified organic stone-ground flour from the Charlevoix region, made entirely on site by our bakers. A pronounced wheat flavour with a slightly sweet note, and it keeps very well (around three days).

Honey, hazelnut and raisin bread

Our loaf for those with a sweet tooth. A round bread made with Ange flour, organic wholemeal flour, light rye flour, liquid sourdough, honey, toasted hazelnuts and Corinth raisins. Indulgent, soft and full of flavour.
