2) How the Loyalty Card works
Each time the Member goes to the till at a BOULANGERIE ANGE sales outlet participating in the Loyalty Programme, they must show their loyalty card or GENCOD on their smartphone to the sales assistant who will scan it while the sale is being registered and before issuing the sales receipt.
No points can be credited to the loyalty account retroactively after the sales receipt has been issued.
Points are accumulated immediately and can be viewed on the www.boulangerie-ange.fr website in the ‘My loyalty account’ section.
Aureoles accumulated on a loyalty card whose registration has not been completed on the www.boulangerie-ange.fr website in the ‘My Loyalty Account’ section cannot be spent.
If a loyalty card is not used for 24 consecutive months from the last transaction, the aureoles accumulated on the loyalty account will be cancelled.
If a Loyalty Card is damaged, the balance of points accumulated will not be lost. You can then:
Either print out or show your GENCOD code on your smartphone
Or collect a new loyalty card from a participating point of sale and contact the Loyalty Programme manager (Article V.) providing the following information: New loyalty card number, Previous Loyalty Card number, E-mail address entered when registering for the Loyalty Programme.
Once the new loyalty card is activated and linked to the loyalty account, the points are transferred and the previous loyalty card is deactivated.
If your Loyalty Card is lost or stolen, you can obtain a new loyalty card from a participating point of sale and contact the Loyalty Programme manager (Article V.) giving the following information: New Loyalty Card number, Previous Loyalty Card number, mobile number and e-mail address provided when registering for the Loyalty Programme.
Once the new loyalty card has been activated and linked to the loyalty account, the points on the previous card at the time of the transaction are transferred to the new card and the previous loyalty card is deactivated.
4) Registration validity period
Registration is valid for an indefinite period. However, the Member may terminate their registration at any time by informing the BOULANGERIE ANGE Marketing Department of their decision by post or email (Article V.)
If a loyalty card is not used for 24 consecutive months from the last transaction, the aureoles accumulated on the loyalty account will be cancelled.
