At Ange, bread is our passion. We have a wide range of breads made entirely on the premises by our bakers, using a variety of flours, natural sourdough starters, and traditional techniques: Baguettes offering 3 different bake options (high, medium or light bake), wholemeal bread, wholegrain bread, farmhouse bread, semolina bread, corn bread, burger buns, our famous "Pavé Ange", walnut bread, etc. And every month we introduce more new breads to offer our customers.
