The first Ange bakery opened on 8 December 2008 in Miramas in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. It was based on a new, innovative concept that turned traditional ideas about bakeries on their head: contemporary design, open kitchens, range management, promotions, all-day baking, and more. The opening caused a stir and quickly became a real success. More joined the adventure and month after month new bakeries began to open – there’s sure to be one near you!
