A flavourful bread, rich in fibre, minerals and vitamin B. Our whole wheat loaf is a pan bread made with Ecocert-certified organic stone-ground flour from the Charlevoix region, made entirely on site by our bakers. A pronounced wheat flavour with a slightly sweet note, and it keeps very well (around three days).
